Catherine Ciotti holds degrees in Animal and Nutritional Sciences and worked as an Application Scientist before coming to Great Bay. The author of a number of publications, Professor Ciotti is currently a Pre-Nursing advisor and has been a member of numerous committees over the past twenty years.
